Beastmens initiative is quite low (sorry if i make any spelling mistakes but english is not my first language) but then so is ours so its important to match up your combats, ive seen a horde of ungors decimate a unit of 8 strong bulls due to higher iniative, spears and frenzy with a gorebull bsb in it, watch out for chariots as they are ace in the new edition with the strength seven rule gone. the gut magic missile 2d6 s2 hits is very effective against these. do not let bulls (except in serious numbers) go up against a fully ranked up unit of bestigors because you can only kill so much and their hitting you on threes and wounding you on twos. even outnumbered two to one or worse bulls can handle gors as they are not strong enough to do any damage and they are wearing no armour at all. our lords and heroes are more than a match for them but watch out for minotaur characters cos their initiative is good and their pretty much our equivelant but with frenzy. their lore of the wild can be good and watch out for their jabberslythe and gorhons which can rip units to shreds, ive only played beastmen once myself and that was with my dwarves but their prettty good with a decent general in8th
