Another sculpting with greenstuff Question

Hi guys, just a quick question.
Once you've sculpted something out of greenstuff, over say a metal figure, is it easy/possible to remove it to start again if it's not right the first time, or would it ruin the model?
Cheers guys.

it does come away pretty easy. use the tip of a sculpting tool or craft knife to try and prize it off rather than hacking it away. ive done it countless time with very little damage done.
