iCreeds Ogre Adventure

Right so I thought it was time I make a Gnoblog, as it might be the one thing that keeps me on track!

I have been dabbling in warhammer & warhammer 40k for a good 10 years now, however never really made a decent sized army for warhammer (mainly play Mordheim!). Ogres have changed that (I hope) as I really like the mini's and the fluff with them.

I am known through my group of friends as the slowest painter around so painting any number of models is a real challenge for me, with my new job new partner I get a few hours a week at best to do any kind of painting.

This year I am going games day and then over to Nottingham for some gaming which if I can paint from scratch will be my first (for at least 6 years) game of warhammer. Although only a small game at 500 points I have less than 2 months of only Mon-Thur evenings and a day off here and there to complete the force from scratch!

The Army List!
Hero
Firebelly - Additional HandWeapon =122

Core
11 Gnoblars = 27.5
5 Ogres - Additional Hand Weapons = 155

Special
3 Mournfang Cavalary - Ironfist = 195

So far I have completed 2 ogres for the list (and an extra Ogre as my standard however he will not be coming due to not having enough points)

I will get some pics up later tonight!

Sorry for the delay, work then partner got in the way.. I have 4 ogres done, unfortunately for the army list its only 3 as the standard wont be coming.

Heres the pics, I apologise for the appaling pictures the camera I have is shocking and makes the models look worse than they are.

Crusher -

Standard -

First try at some freehand, I think it came out ok -

Bellower -

Ogre -

C&C is welcome, apologise the photos wont help with that as they have came out worse than I first thought but hey least it gives an idea.. can give side shots if people want.

Working on last 2 Ogres and 2 Gnoblars at the moment... once the Ogre's are done ill be doing the firebelly :)

These guys are looking really nice. Keep it up for the whole army and you will have an army to be proud of for sure.
