it looks really cool and it seems it would be a lot of fun to play with it. I'm not really seeing any hard hitters, or powerful units so maybe consider mutant gnoblars (like the climate has changed them like Pyro gnoblars with a breath weapon, frost gnoblars with some unique rules, swamp gnoblars that have camoflauge and pop up in terrain or pop terrain up! That would be super cool). I don't think that you could go far competitively with this army, as they have quite weak and feeble units.
The lore of the little gob was hilarious to read about, but the scroll design with it's rules are a little tough to read near the top next to the lore attribute.
Another thing, points are very unusual in this book, he head honcho should only be around 75 points and the honcho around 35. The spoon lickers should be 15 points less. Upgrades for the head honchos should be a little cheaper, like a 50 point rhinox instead. Some of the chariots are really cool, especially the flame one whos name has escaped me. Their points are well worth it.
Also don't see the carrot and stick magic standard's reason to be cheaper than the rampager's standard. Maybe make that one 30 points instead or something.
But yeah, the idea is great and I love their rules. if there was one change that I would like to see in the finished version, it would be some more heavy hitters (or those mutant gnoblars I was talking about)
