Fear and Primal fury LD test?

Bulljohan:
I faced a beastmen army yesterday.
A question came up that we could not solve.
Beastmen special rule PRIMAL FURY. Ld test at the start of combat.
He also rolled for a fear test  the start of combat. ( In combats when facing my  ogres)
So he actually rolled two Ld test in a row.
First for Fear then for Primal fury

Is this the right way to play?
Or should he just have been rolled one LD test for both Fear and Primal fury?

We would probably play it as two separate Ld tests as it is two different rules that he has to take it for.

This will be one of those cases of two things happening at the same time, the player whose turn it is can decide which one happens first, but it doesn't matter as one rule has nothing to do with the other, but in the end it is still two different rules and both needs to happen.

Eg Giant-tripper:
They are two totally separate tests, the only thing to make sure of is that your opponent specifies which one he's rolling for before he does so.
