Bruiser BSB?
« on: Feb 22, 2012, 12:43:01 PM »
My battalion will arrive in the next few days - hopefully tomorrow. I do however still need a bsb, but which model do I use? Just a the Tyrant model fielded as a Bruiser? And do I have to convert to make him a bsb?

My battle standard will be the captured Empire soldier from the Thundertusk/Stonehorn-kit so I have to do some converting anyway. I imagine the O&G Orc unit standard top (the one with the skull of some beast) with the soldier tied unto

You can use whatever model you like really. Since there is no 'official' Ogre BSB model and they are so important to us, just about every self-respecting Ogre army includes a more or less converted BSB.

We have a special topic for it here. This comes up a lot so maybe it should be pinned.

MAneaters are the best model to give your army characters.

My BSB is a paymaster, and my Tyrant is the ninja (works well to mimic fencers blade).

At some point, my butcher was also the female maneaters.

I made mine from golgfag and put the banner in his hands instead of on his back. worked perfectly
