what do you use for your Gnoblar command figures

Spider riders from the O and Gs.

Minus the spiders of course lol.

Converted them mostly:

A Groinbiter from old skaven and goblin bits with some sculpting (making the nose and ears more gnoblar-like for the most part).  He's a big fella, but I reckon that's fitting for the champ.  He's only a little taller than the others - though he's built like the proverbial brick outbuilding compared to his mates (got hold of some gnoblar 'roids I reckon).

A standard bearer from a regular gnoblar.

The only one I didn't convert was the musician.  He's an old snotling model blowing a horn.  Bulked up the feet a bit and mounted him on a thin piece of plasticard before attaching to the base to even out the size difference slightly. 

Not sure they'll ever see the gaming atble, but was fun to do!

I use a very old goblin model. The one sticking his finger up Great model and because the old models are smaller, dosnt look out of place.

I plan on using the Night Goblin Squig Herders with Bagpipes and Cymbals for musicians. If I can avoid repitition, then the double layer gnoblar would be a good Standard Bearer. As for a Groinbiter, a different weapon would do to make him stand out.
