the 2nd one could work, if you make it like an halbert type of weapon.

but i think the 3rd is best right now

I agree with Enkiel I think the mace is best odd cause I do love hammers on ogres

The hammer is cool but who forged that thing? I like to think of Ogres more as scavengers or opportunistic when it comes to their weapons. For that reason #3 appeals to  me most.. taking a plague censor bearers warpstone thing and attaching it to a big stick seems like the right thing to do.

Plague Censer FTW I think, it screams Skaven to me and adds to his Rat-like pose massively.
I really wanna see that done  :D

The Hammer is nice, but a big chunk of Warpstone like that, which is very valuble, doesn't look right used on a big blunt weapon made solely for smashing.

The Warlock-augmented style weapon could work, but I'd like to see more wires attacted to a power-source and stuff.

Well while we're making things more difficult with our feedback...

What about having him swinging it over his head like a ball and chain in the pose instead of having it thrust forward on a stick?

Kinda like the absorbing man:

it would be almost impossible to change his arm position at this point.. Not only is it now attached but I would have to shave off his chest and remove a majority of his back and resculpt it just to make it look right..
Im willing to go the extra mile but thats a whole other state..  ;)

Love your work Zsoulless so had to add some colour and I like the idea of some huge mace/ hammer with a rock encrusted shard of warpstone.

Komone's deal is nice.  If you still want feedback about your three ideas, the mace appealed to me the most as well.

Still Really rough.. I have a lot of detailing and sanding to do yet..
but heres the Start of the Plague Censer Mace

Skaven-ish and still Looks hefty enough to count as a ThunderMace, Tenderiser, ect..ect..
Adding some pics in..

Ive done Some sanding on the bell, his robes, back, left arm so it looks "rough" but its quite the opposite actually...

Incredible!

How long did it take you to master those green stuff skills? What did you make to practice?
I'm thinking of doing my own sculpt and any tips/experiences could help me out very well.  :)

I really love the model.
Thanks,

Looks fantastic. It might be cool to see some additional trophies or trinkets on a necklace to help break up his chest a bit?

Man your sculpts are amazing, I wish I could work on small detail like you but I'm only good with shaping metal and bonding for cars

an idea that crossed my mind (not sure if it works with the fluff or anything) ;

a Necklace that isnt really warpstone, but that lighten green like it, as if it was what turned him into that monster, kinda like Azhag's helm...

Mostly all smoothed out..
Might notice a few more little changes.. One being the Head of the Dwarven Statue..
The Army's Bases for this will be Themed to depict The Tribe of Shrewd Fulg and his Skaven Allies Attacking an ancient dwarven Hold So it just made more sense this way..

I will not be painting him. Infact He only has a few days left with me before I ship him off..
Meanwhile Im finishing up converting a group of Elven Warhawk Riders.
Then onto grimgor ironhide, And Some Minotaurs i think..
