Armies of the Kingdoms / New to Ogres any help please.

I am just starting ogres and was wondering if this was a good first set of things to get(note i have 475$ to spend edit at will)

2 battalions
2 tyrant/ brusier models
3 Butcher models
Army book
2 Man eaters
2 gorgers
and a maneater ninja(gotta love it   )
