The Feeding Grounds / Fear and Terror

Hey guys, first post here.
Anyway I dont have a rulebook in my possession atm, one of the members in our gaming group holds it as we commonly play at his place. However I would like to know how terror affects our fear causing ogres.
My understanding of it at this point is that our fear downgrades the terror causing unit to effectively a fear causing unit except for our lovable gnoblars.
So ogres do not need to take terror tests, only take leadership tests when charging, and can be automatically broken if they lose combat to the terror causing unit. (This is just for ogre bulls and the like, not maneaters
).
Is this correct?
