Armies of the Kingdoms / 3 monster 4500 point which ones ?

I am putting together a 4500 point list and im unsure what to do for my rare as i already have ironblasters and i realy want at least 3 of the beasts so which 3 do i choose ? Please explain why after you have voted , thankyou

Rules Questions and FAQs / Warhammer and Ogre Abbreviations

I wasnt sure where to put this but i figured that it would be best put at the FAQs anyway as you can see from the title this is all about abbreviations because i havnt been on here that long and there are so many abbreviations for so many things it just gets confusing for new people so hopefully this will be a thread where people who are new to this site or to warhammer in general can come to understand some of the lingo so if you know any abbreviations or just different names for the same units please put them down here and what they mean so we can help the new players , because we were all there once thanks

so this i what we have so far:

OK = ogre kingdoms
BSB = battle standard bearer
GW = great weapon
IF = iron fist
IB = iron blaster
IG = iron guts
SM = slaughter master
LA = light armour
HA = heavy armour
BRB = big red book (fantasy rule book)
CR = combat resolution
AHW = additional hand weapon
FC = full command
ASL = always strike last
ASF = always strike first
MC = mourfang cavalry
LB = lead belcher
ST = sabretusk
TT = thunder tusk
SH = stone horn
MSU = multiple small units
MMU = multiple medium units
CC = close combat
kitties = sabretusks (or mourfangs depends on personal preference)
bulls = normal ogres (this was their name in the old book)
lotGM = lore of the great maw
static CR = combat resolution from bannrs , charges ect
LA = lore attribute
DE = dark elves
HE = high elves
WE = wood elves
WoC = warriors of chaos
butcher tax = the rule that if you take a butcher / slaughtermaster at least one must have the lore of the great maw
HH = hell heart
BoOP = brace of ogre pistols
OP = ogre pistol
OP = over powred
dawi / stunties = dwarfs
IMHO = in my humble opinion
GW = games workshop
FW = forge world
OP = origonal poster
chaff = units with low points cost that are put in front of large enemy units as cannon fodder (to slow the enemy down)

Armies of the Kingdoms / 12000 point army list !!!

ok here is the thing me and my friend have been collecting for quite a while now and we decided to have 1 HUGE battle of 12000 points either side and this is the list i have i would like to know what people think of this list and any opinions on how i could improve it would be great i made it on an army builder called the forge so i dont think there are any point miscalculations but if there are please point them out and i will fix it as soon as possible oh and i know in the BRB it says you cant have 2 magical items from the same category on the same person but me and my friend decided that it was a silly rule and as it is a friendly game that we would ignore that rule as warhammer is about having fun and we aggreed that it would be more fun without that rule , so here we go,

Gnoblogs / the executors (take 2) this time with pics

yes you did read the title right, my last gnoblog went terribly wrong as i was new to the forum and the game and the hobby so i had no idea what i was doing but now that i have (almost) found my feet im going to try again but instead of putting my army list on and asking you what you think of it this is going to be a purely picture gnoblog of my army and its"evolution" as like i said im quite new to the hobby so ive not quite masted painting yet so im hoping some critisism and advice from a few veterans will help me on my way so without further delay i think ill start with the models im most proud of, my 2 kitties and my BSB !









as always comments critisism and advice is always welcome and im sure there will be more to come

i have decied to start my gnoblog even though unlike most tyrants on here i am a very bad painter and i have only ever played a few skirmishes with a few of my units and most of my army is unpainted but i have decided to start my gnoblog now so that i can look back in a few years time and see how much i have improvd so without further delay my (untested) ogre army

as you can see it still needs abit of work and i need alot more core troops but if there is anything you would add or change please feel free to tell me as like i said before i am quite new to this so any advice from a few veterans is more than welcome. here are a few pics of one or two models to show you the basic colour scheme for my army which is black clothing (like the executors of old used to wear hence the tribe name)  they arent great quality pics which is why i have only put a few on so next time i will get a better quality camera, i just wonna say thanks in advance for any advice given

hey i dont know if this is the right place to put this but this is the place where most people seem to put pictures up so i want to know what is the best kind of camera for taking pictures of models with ? i need one thats good quality reliable and not too expencive (preferabley rechargable) and where to get them,  thanks
