Just started using my ironblaster.  I am not sure but do they get to spin 360 degrees like a regular cannon during the shooting phase or do they have to be pointing at what they will shoot during the movement phase?  This comes up when something dies to other shooting or magic and you were going to shoot at it but now you want a different target.

Anyone know how to infer from the rules which strength value I use for Stomps and Impact hits from Mournfang Cavalry?
