Armies of the Kingdoms / 2000 point Ogre list Vs Beastmen

Hey guys, just wanted some opinions on the following list...
Tyrant
- Mawseeker
- Thundermace
- Heavy armour
- Wyrd Stone Necklace
Butcher
- Skull Mantle
13 x Ironguts (with standard and bellower, where the butcher and tyrant go)
9 x bulls (naked)
6 x bulls (naked)
20 x gnoblars
Scrap Launcher
Slave Giant
the plan is to have the gnoblars at my back with scrap launcher messing up any big units he may have...
Giant and smaller bull unit on each of my flanks, and ironguts and bigger bull unit as my main battle line,
hoping to get brain gobbler off early in the game cause a bit of panic (with the -1 leadership) hopefully get something to run!!
Any advice? This is againist a member of staff at my LGS, and i've never played againist Beastmen before!!
