As usual amazing painting and modelling.
I love "son of sulfur"!

Wow, this thundertusk and the croc are awesome!

Completed my pledge!   :D
A unit of 4 leadbelchers, 4 pistol- wielding man-eaters and my BSB. :D

Some closeups are in my gnoblog.

What I have to do now-
paint up a power- axe wielding sergeant for my Blood Angels tactical squad for a tournament (with new rules in 6th edition, power axes got their own stats which I want to try out).
Learn the actual 6th edition 40k rules for the tournament.
And start painting on my ogre ironblasters!

Wow, those bases are awesome!

Going to make a start here....
I wont have as much time for painting this month. :(
So my pledge for now-
- Finish up my 4 maneaters (basecoated right now)
- Finish up my BSB (also just basecoated at the moment)
- paint up 4 Leadbelchers

Maybe I will be able to start on my Ironblasters, but that remains to be seen.

Wanted to do some more painting....but then I could not resist do buy another model for my army....;)
Now I got a giant.
Awesome plastic kit, with so much extra parts....I even could add some more bits to my converted
tyrant, BSB, Bruiser...:D
I also really like the rules for the giant, so cool and random....

I also went with the maw banner as a gut plate for the giant-
had to do some converting with green stuff.

8
Clunky material at bottom of bases? Glue and newspaper... :P
Problem with my snow is that it sometimes is quite runny....

Love the colour scheme on the ogre army!
I have to say your medium and low quality is higher than my high quality.... :P

The Grey Knights are great, too.
Your low quality- does it just mean less colours? Because it certainly does not look like a bad job!

10
I really like those conversions! Its always great to see some unique armies and the use of some of the archive models!

Wow, this is a really great army. Great colours, and stunning conversions....not only the rhinos and the elephants, but also what you have done with the gnoblars. I wish I was that good at modeling....

Wow, awesome work by ecwh070, shadowlord (I especially love Skarsnik) and warlordsteve!

I finished my pledges today  :D
1 Blood Angels HQ, 1 Gorger, unit of 4 Bulls, 10 movement trays for Ogres, and Dystopian Wars Antarctica Naval Fleet starter box, 4 Icarus Airships, and 3 Destroyers- ALL DONE!

Plus some extras  :P.
And here the pictures to prove it:

The gorger

The finished unit of ogre bulls with extra handweapons

Another unit filler for the gnoblars

The new gut plates (old Empire spear-men lion shields) for the first 4 leadbelchers

I will now start painting my unit of shooty maneaters and the BSB- especially cant wait to paint the metal limited edition bruiser- to be champion of my maneater unit  :D
But dont think I will finish them this month.

That BSB conversion is awesome!

17
I have to say I love the new GW dry paints.
So much better for dry brushing than other paints!
And look awesome on my ogres.
They are not solid like dried out paints, its more like a gel.

Got some new toys- thanks to a trade.  :D

The awesome limited edition Bruiser, one of my favorite ogre models.  :)
I will use him as unit champion for my shooty maneaters

And a conversion- counts as Scrap Launcher. Using an Empire mortar and crew and some gnoblar overseers.
The human slaves will get chains around their legs to emphasize that they are slaves...

19
@Randroid- love the zombie team!  :)

Some updates on my projects:

Finished the movement trays for my pledge:

Back in NZ!  ;)

Some updates on my ogres  :)

After I have been home, I could get some of my Empire bits-
a lion shield gut plate and another laurel shield for my BSB:

Lion shields as gut plates for the lead belchers

Another gnoblar unit filler

Some more movement trays for more variety in my unit organisation.
This time I just went with snow colour, no blue. Lets see how it looks like in the end.

Wow, those colours are just....awesome.  :o

22
@shadowlord- I love your sabretusks!
@kuzimo- awesome painting on the unit champion!

UPDATE OF MY PLEDGE- after I was faster than expected with painting so far (real crap weather in Germany at the moment, making for a very slow and relaxing holiday  :P) I will also try and paint
a unit of 4 ogre bulls for my ogre army.
So my pledge for June is-
1 Blood Angels HQ, 1 Gorger, unit of 4 Bulls, 10 movement trays for Ogres, and Dystopian Wars Antarctica Naval Fleet starter box, 4 Icarus Airships, and 3 Destroyers.

Finished my Antarctica fleet for dystopian wars! :D
They are actually very quick to paint!
Now I have to get some games in to see what else I might need... :P
Meanwhile, back to the ogres!  ;)

The fleet (starter box, 3 destroyers, 4 medium airships)

I hope to get my gorger finished in the next 3 days before I fly back to NZ. :D

Already have some more crazy ideas about some more conversions for some unit fillers/ units using the gnoblars.... 8)
Gnoblar horde for the win.... :P

I have to say I am very happy with the amount of models you get for your money.
They are also very detailed and the resin material is harder than the GW finecast and easy to work with.
And they are quick to paint with only a limited colour scheme. :D

24
Great job on those necrons! Love the colour scheme- different to the usual GW ones.

25
@Warlordsteve- I love your Skaven conversion!

I have cleaned, assembled and basecoated all the models. :)
And finished my Gabriel Seth-

And also finished the first 2 Icarus Airships for my Antarcticans today! :D
